Accountax Etc., Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional bookkeeping services to our clients (“Client” or “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We offer comprehensive bookkeeping services, which may include, but are not limited to:
The specific services provided will be detailed in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.
Our bookkeeping services are billed monthly. Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month, covering services rendered in the previous month. Payment is due upon receipt and considered late if not received within 15 days of the invoice date.
To cancel bookkeeping services without incurring charges for the upcoming billing cycle, the Client must submit written notice of cancellation via email to cs@accountaxetc.com no later than five (5) business days before the end of the current month. Cancellations received after this deadline will take effect at the end of the following month, and the Client will be responsible for payment for that period.
We allocate resources and plan workloads based on our client commitments. Failure to provide timely cancellation notice as specified above will result in the Client being responsible for the full charges of the subsequent billing cycle.
Our service rates are subject to change due to factors such as inflation, changes in regulatory requirements, or increased operational costs. We will provide Clients with at least 30 days’ written notice of any rate adjustments, including the effective date and the nature of the change.
We reserve the right to terminate bookkeeping services at any time for cause, including but not limited to non-payment, failure to provide necessary information, or misuse of services. In such cases, we will provide written notice to the Client.
These Terms of Service may be amended or modified by us at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients in writing and will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
